What is Carnival Glass?

FREE eBook download

The world of Carnival is constantly being joined by many new collectors who are interested in knowing more about the essentials and the background of Carnival. So, we decided to create a hot-off-the-press FREE eBook that will answer all those questions that are frequently asked and much more besides. Our aim, of course, is to promote knowledge, appreciation and understanding of Carnival Glass, far and wide.

This FREE eBook is in two Parts.

Part One focuses on “What is Carnival” – addressing many of those questions that are frequently asked of us, including where, when and by whom it was made, as well as some of the more controversial aspects such as reproductions and fakes. How to identify the colour of your Carnival and how to spot what is, and crucially what isn't, Carnival, are also topics covered.

Part Two offers something completely different and will be of interest to all. We have been researching and writing about Carnival Glass for well over three decades, producing our books, journals and more. We have also been building up a phenomenal wealth of information here on our website. It’s packed full of cutting-edge research, catalogue and archive illustrations, in-depth insights and a whole lot more. Part Two of our new eBook provides an innovative and exclusive Access Guide to all of this. Live and active links take you directly to multiple feature articles, informative illustrations, photo galleries and more, many of which will have even further menu tabs for you to explore. There’s also a helpful guide to getting the most from our website by using the powerful Search Box (on the top right of each web page) as well as a detailed Pattern Index.
