Here is another discovery from Claudio Deveikis in Brazil, who has named this pattern Eye of the Queen and sent us the pictures shown below. The pattern was also named Eye in the Sky by Karen and Alan Rath.

Known in marigold Carnival, as well as un-iridised blue and green, several sizes of bowl are currently reported by Claudio. On his website, Claudio explains that he believes this pattern was a Brazilian product, and he suggests that a factory called Guarani might have been the maker.

The three sizes of bowl shown in the pictures are 11 inches, 8 inches and the smallest one is 4.4 inches across.

Since announcing the discovery of this pattern, we were contacted by Karen and Allan Rath who revealed that they had a tumbler in this pattern (shown above) - yet another amazing discovery to come out of South America.
